By clicking connect to support & downloading our remote support tool you agree to the following:

Non-Contract Clients
1. You hereby give permission for a SupportWizard engineer to connect to and control the workstation which you are currently using.

2. SupportWizard cannot be held liable for any loss of productivity in association with remote support, it is expected that you as the client have chosen the most convenient time for our support team to connect.

3. You are giving authorisation for SupportWizard to allocate time from pre-purchased support to get the issue resolved.

4. If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within a reasonable time we will suggest that an onsite engineer be scheduled to continue diagnostics onsite. Onsite charges per hour will apply
Support Contract Clients
